We collect the contact details, name, company, role and business requirements you provide when requesting a diagnosis. We also process technical visit data such as IP address, approximate location, browser, page path, referrer and campaign parameters to operate the website and understand traffic.
How we use information
Your inquiry is used to respond, arrange a diagnosis and follow up on your business needs. Inquiry and visit records may be delivered to our internal DingTalk workspace for coordination. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated parties.
Storage and retention
Records are stored on servers in mainland China. Access is limited to personnel responsible for business follow-up and website operations. Lead records are retained for up to 24 months after the last active commercial conversation; you may request earlier deletion.
Your choices
Contact chenxuan@metawins.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for further contact. Technical visit reporting is limited to once per browser session and respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Language choices are saved in this browser; campaign parameters are retained only for the current session.
